MassRanger is a tool for determining all protein forms in a ProSight proteome warehouse that have a theoretical
mass within a user-specified tolerance of a given value. To use the MassRanger you must first,
- Select which application houses the Proteome Warehouse you are interested in, either ProSight PTM (v2.0) or neuroProSight.
- Next, select the appropriate warehouse from the list provided,
- Enter the desired intact mass (Precursor Mass value) and the tolerance (either in Da or PPM) and press GO.
- The list of protein forms will be returned to your web browser.
